Your work will standardize metrics like ARR and NRR across the organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable data models and pipelines using dbt for financial analytics.
• Define a semantic layer standardizing metrics like revenue and retention.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver dashboards on ARR and NRR.
• Establish data modeling standards and best practices.
• Lead data governance for quality, consistency, and access control.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Science.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, Python, and Snowflake.
• Experience with modern BI tools like Looker or Omni.
• Skilled at defining core financial and operating metrics (ARR, MRR, etc.).
