Requirements

• Law student in practical legal training phase (Referendar/in)
• Excellent academic credentials and strong interest in commercial and contract law
• Fluent in English and German
• Proactive learner with strong analytical and communication skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, international environment and enjoys teamwork

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts including NDAs and commercial agreements
• Assist in managing IP-related third-party complaints
• Maintain data privacy (GDPR) documentation and processes
• Contribute to contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
• Manage customer/supplier claims independently
