💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop a team of offshore bookkeepers, driving performance and scalability across Heard's bookkeeping function. You'll optimize core workflows and increase automation adoption to enable scalable growth while maintaining strong internal controls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of offshore bookkeepers
• Manage performance targets across quality, productivity, and SLAs
• Optimize core workflows for month-end, payroll, onboarding, and year-end
• Use data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and elevate team performance
• Manage BPO partner relationships to ensure consistent service delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting operations
• 2+ years leading or mentoring team members
• Strong understanding of S-Corp and Sole-proprietor bookkeeping
• Experience in a high-volume, tech-enabled services environment
