  • Monitor and report on key project and departmental metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for change management and risk mitigation

  • 4+ years in business operations, strategy, or consulting
  • 3+ years in project/program delivery
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives

  • Healthcare experience
  • 1+ years in SQL
