You'll partner with Account Executives to drive strategic deals in the Enterprise segment by designing compelling demonstrations of Anaplan's AI-infused EPM platform, focusing on workforce planning and HCM. Leverage your deep domain expertise to articulate how our solutions solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable ROI, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client success.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in workforce planning / HCM space
• Proven experience in presales or solution consulting for large enterprise deals
• Strong communication skills to engage C-level executives and diverse audiences
• Ability to drive strategic, consultative conversations without prior Anaplan/planning tool experience
• Understanding of enterprise IT architectures and integration (ERP, CRM)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and drive strategic deals into the Enterprise segment
• Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of EPM solutions with AI capabilities (predictive analytics, ML, generative AI)
• Articulate EPM best practices and industry trends for financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail
• Understand enterprise IT landscapes and design seamless integration of Anaplan with ERP, CRM, and other systems
• Translate EPM functionalities and AI insights into tangible business value, managing technical validations and proofs of concept
