Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and treat patients in-office or via telehealth. You'll collaborate with teammates daily and have opportunities for continuous learning and performing in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and via telehealth
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
