You'll provide virtual primary care to patients across the U.S. using AI-powered technology and a proprietary EMR. You'll conduct assessments, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with physicians. This role offers a fully remote, 100% telemedicine position with a supportive group practice model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care and wellness counseling
• Produce clear encounter visit notes

📋 Requirements

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 5 years of primary care experience including adults and pediatrics
• Active, unrestricted NP licenses in a minimum of 7 states

✨ Nice to Have

• Telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in EMR systems preferred
• Active licenses in specific states
