Description

You will identify opportunities for improvement, work with cross-functional teams, and drive projects that enhance Starlink's customer experience and operational workflows. You'll apply process improvement techniques, manage data workflows, and communicate status to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience in customer operations, supply chain, production, technology, consulting, or manufacturing
• 1+ years experience with Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data analysis
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Must work out of Hawthorne, CA office

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement techniques to streamline workflows
• Create, revise, and maintain process documentation
• Implement data management workflows to reduce administrative overhead
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and simplify handoffs
• Identify system gaps and lead implementation of enhancements and automations
