You'll lead a team of loan reviewers processing personal, student, and private school loans for SoFi. Your core impact is ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met while fostering a culture of accountability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage teams of 15+ loan reviewers and allocate workload
• Mentor and coach team members on loan processing and member interactions
• Serve as second tier for escalated customer issues
• Performance manage team members through scorecard metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience at a financial institution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Available for all operating hours including evenings and weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Loan processing or consumer lending experience
