You'll manage a diverse patient panel in a primary care setting, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits with in-office and telehealth options. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team and leverage technology to deliver high-quality, human-centered care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth patient visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• State licensed in CA before start date
• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine residency
