💼 About This Role

You'll own social media strategy for visionary built-world brands at a 18-person firm in Farringdon. You'll split your time between building Bloxspring's presence and managing client accounts, creating content from thought leadership to short-form video that cuts through industry noise. This role offers significant autonomy and high-impact visibility working directly with founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and produce multi-channel content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Substack
• Create reels, motion graphics, and reactive posts
• Handle copywriting and visual design using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite
• Monitor industry news cycles for real-time engagement opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of social media experience, ideally agency or B2B
• Proven portfolio of hands-on design and short-form video production
• Exceptional copywriting skills with versatile brand tones
