🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute BA/PM strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead workshops to elicit and validate complex business requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, SOX, and regulatory requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, or IS delivery roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.
• Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise projects.

• PMP, PgMP, or PMO-CP certification.
• CBAP or CCBA certification.
• Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner).
