๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to submitted trouble tickets and resolve or escalate issues
- Image, update, and encrypt desktop PCs and laptops
- Inventory and check out IT equipment
- Provide desktop support for internal and remote staff
๐ Requirements
- At least 6 months of help desk experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft or Mac desktop environments
- Experience with Windows Active Directory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
