  • Respond to submitted trouble tickets and resolve or escalate issues
  • Image, update, and encrypt desktop PCs and laptops
  • Inventory and check out IT equipment
  • Provide desktop support for internal and remote staff

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 6 months of help desk experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft or Mac desktop environments
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
