🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide system design for embedding accounting principles and controls.

• Design and optimize flows for accruals, adjustments, reconciliation.
• Analyze accounting flows to separate core requirements from legacy constraints.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operational or technical accounting.
• Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting and subledger processes.
• Experience working with technical or engineering teams in system-driven environments.
• Ability to translate accounting concepts into system requirements and workflows.

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
