Description

You will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes, working 1:1 to improve daily living skills. Join a multi-disciplinary team and make a meaningful impact on clients' independence and quality of life.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Hawaii
• Willing and able to travel in assigned territory
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum or equivalent with two years experience
• At least one year of work experience supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Follow established care plans and work with patients 1:1 to improve function, ADL, and IADLs
• Educate and instruct patients, family members, and other representatives in rehabilitative care
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet
