Description

You will manage day-to-day SVOD operations within The Roku Channel, ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners and execution of price changes, bundles, and migrations. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, improve processes for scalability, and support monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field; MBA a plus
• 4+ years of operations or project management experience in a software or technology company, or 2+ years in management consulting focused on financial operational effectiveness or process improvement
• Excellent project management abilities; PMP a plus
• Proven organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously
• Experience in digital media space is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute SVOD business operations globally including partner onboarding, price changes, new plan launches, bundles, migrations, and deprecations
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and data flows across Business, Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Accounting
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and facilitate issue escalation and resolution
• Implement improvements to processes and tooling for existing and new business operations
• Support monthly, quarterly, or annual business cadences and executive presentations
