🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot firmware and hardware issues with servers
• Execute workarounds and solutions for IT hardware issues
• Act as escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians
• Collaborate with vendors on warranty replacements

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment
• Deep knowledge of IT hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating system and command line
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)

✨ Nice to Have

• Skills in electronics repair at component level (SMD)
• Knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting
• Driving license type B
