💼 About This Role

You'll join a new AGI safety product team to monitor AI coding agents for safety failures. You'll collaborate with the CEO and researchers to build tools that make AI agent safety accessible at scale. You'll have significant ownership in shaping the tech stack and product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop features across the full stack using React and Python
• Implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs for AI agent log processing
• Build intuitive front-end interfaces and interactive data visualizations
• Participate in code reviews and document technical decisions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Full Stack Engineer in production applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or React
• Solid Python experience for backend with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with SQL databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Took a product from 0 to 1, from conception to production
• Familiarity with ML/AI concepts or developer tools for AI applications
• Experience building data streaming or observability products
