You'll coordinate charter flight logistics and ensure trip safety and security as part of the ground support team. Your core impact is relieving flight crews of non-flying duties. This role requires strong customer service skills and close communication with clients and headquarters.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Confirm and verify logistical support as ground security coordinator
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of forms
• Verify trip sheet accuracy and communicate appropriately
• Contact OCC with flight out/in times when unable to enter via iPad

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Authorization to work in the US
