You'll own executive recruiting for Director-level and VP/C-Suite roles across Technology and Business at Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform. You'll build foundational processes and strategically partner with leaders to hire world-class talent that drives the company's next phase of growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hiring for Director-level, VP/C-Suite, and L8+ engineers
• Create strong foundational executive recruiting processes
• Manage end-to-end leadership searches from kick-off to close
• Partner with Corporate Development team on acquihires

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience
• 5+ years in-house focused on leadership hiring at high-growth startups
• Strong track record of hiring executives across Technical and Business teams
• Deep network of executives
