Description

As a Customer Success Manager for Smartly's GSA team, you'll take ownership of global customers from day one, acting as a strategic and operational partner to drive long-term success and satisfaction. You'll manage relationships, drive platform adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years digital marketing experience in SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of paid social, Google, and digital advertising ecosystem
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hybrid work from NYC office 3 days a week
