You'll help employees turn approved AI tools into daily productivity improvements by coaching and guiding adoption. You'll partner with teams to identify friction points and build practical AI workflows. This role offers a chance to shape how AI is used across a large organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with teams to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities
• Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching on Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools
• Deliver workshops and office hours to drive sustained AI adoption
• Track adoption trends and identify gaps and friction points

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in business analysis, adoption, enablement, or internal consulting
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and the M365 ecosystem
• Ability to coach non-technical users through technology adoption
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and data privacy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation or low-code platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Exposure to Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI toolsets
