🎯 What You'll Do

• Define program requirements with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Manage holistic view of programs, dependencies, and risks.
• Make trade-offs between business and technical constraints.
• Establish clear communications on program progress.
• Coach and mentor teams on delivery best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management in a tech company.
• Experience managing large-scale IT transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to create order from ambiguity.

• Experience with JIRA/Atlassian suite for project management.
