💼 About This Role

You'll assist the Senior Sous Chef in leading kitchen operations at a premier continuing care community. You'll ensure quality and consistency of food preparation while fostering a creative culinary environment across multiple venues.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Cook and prepare foods according to recipes.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of product taste and presentation.
  • Meet food production deadlines based on production orders.
  • Serve customers efficiently and resolve concerns.

📋 Requirements

  • Associate's degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of kitchen supervisory experience.
  • ServSafe Certification.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Experience in a commercial kitchen or professional culinary program.
