💼 About This Role
You'll assist the Senior Sous Chef in leading kitchen operations at a premier continuing care community. You'll ensure quality and consistency of food preparation while fostering a creative culinary environment across multiple venues.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Cook and prepare foods according to recipes.
- Ensure quality and consistency of product taste and presentation.
- Meet food production deadlines based on production orders.
- Serve customers efficiently and resolve concerns.
📋 Requirements
- Associate's degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
- Two years of kitchen supervisory experience.
- ServSafe Certification.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
