You will be the analytical backbone of our go-to-market organization, turning complex datasets into actionable insights to drive revenue strategy. You'll conduct deep-dive analyses, build revenue models, and develop dashboards to optimize sales performance and planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales cycle trends
• Build and maintain complex models for capacity planning, quota setting, and territory alignment
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, and finance teams to align planning and analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to track key performance indicators
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate analytical processes, leveraging AI for efficiency
