You will support lead generation by processing submitted leads, verifying homeowner information, and confirming advisor availability. You'll work across all Mad City markets to help homeowners start their remodeling journey. No call center experience required—we'll teach you the skills for a fast-paced team environment.

• Manage appointments from face-to-face sources in CRM
• Document call attempts with dispositions and notes
• Handle inbound calls and place outbound calls to leads

• Ability to multitask and navigate computer applications
