  • Proven ability to synthesize customer feedback, analytics, and market trends.
  • Skilled in using Figma and prototyping tools like InVision or Flinto.
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions.
  • Passionate about mentoring and developing design talent.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with usability testing platforms and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong grasp of customer lifecycle design and conversion optimization.
  • Skilled in using data and user insights to guide design strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the UX vision aligned with business goals and DTC roadmap.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and creative teams to deliver intuitive experiences.
  • Collaborate on product roadmaps to integrate UX from the start.
  • Support global expansion by adapting UX strategies for international markets.
  • Set and enforce accessibility standards (WCAG) across all design efforts.
  • Oversee user research initiatives and synthesize insights into actionable strategies.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and other departments.
  • Establish key metrics to evaluate UX success and iterate based on data.
  • Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of industry trends.
