Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related field
• Good understanding of data analysis and HR metrics
• Affinity with Artificial Intelligence
• Influence, conflict management, adaptability, and systemic vision
• Intermediate/advanced English preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic consultant to leadership on climate, performance, and team development
• Review team structure to optimize talent utilization
• Use data and insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
• Diagnose and propose actions for talent engagement, development, and retention
• Support inclusion, diversity, mental health, and recruitment initiatives
