You'll coordinate end-to-end marketing literature approval processes across EMEA, ensuring compliant and timely delivery of materials. You'll own ECO workflows across Marketing, Legal, Clinical, and Regulatory teams, proactively resolving bottlenecks. This role offers direct impact on product launches in a growing MedTech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end marketing literature approval process across EMEA
• Own ECO workflows across Marketing, Legal, Clinical, and Regulatory teams
• Manage marketing materials ordering and logistics with 3PL partners
• Maintain key systems like SAP, Sales Portal, and Veeva

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar roles
• Experience in compliance-heavy, multi-stakeholder environments
• Highly organized and process-oriented working style
• Strong English communication skills (German is a plus)
