You'll be the primary technical expert for customer expansion at UpGuard, working with Account Managers on renewals and upsells. You'll drive product activation, support trials/POCs, and architect solutions that grow revenue. This role offers autonomy to ship world-class technology at a global scale.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive product activation during renewal and expansion cycles
  • Support trials and proof-of-concepts for existing customers
  • Identify customer pain points and define requirements during trials
  • Assist with security assessments, RFPs, and business cases

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in a post-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, TAM)
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity/GRC landscape (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk)
  • Comfortable in a commercial-driven environment partnering with sales teams
  • Passion for becoming a product expert on complex platforms

  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
