💼 About This Role

You'll lead autonomous defense for the AI lifecycle as a Staff Engineer on the AppSec team. You'll build multi-agent frameworks and secure gateways while integrating real-time security controls and identity standards. This role offers the chance to define the MLSecOps roadmap and shape secure-by-default practices for agentic workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary SME for AI/ML security across security and R&D.
• Design and manage AI gateways for authentication, authorization, and rate limiting.
• Build autonomous security agentic framework using multi-agent orchestration.
• Develop agentic identity models with OAuth 2.1 to propagate identity across trust boundaries.
• Govern AI-augmented SDLC by integrating real-time security gates into CI/CD.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in security engineering with 3+ years in AI/ML security operations (MLSecOps).
• Expertise in orchestrating multi-agent systems with AWS Strands, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
• Hands-on with AI-specific frameworks (MITRE ATLAS, MAESTRO, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs/Agents/MCP).
• Proficiency in securing end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern AppSec tooling (SAST, SCA, DAST) adapted for AI vulnerabilities.
• Expertise in identity standards including OAuth 2.1 and PKCE.
• Experience with AI Red Teaming and adversarial simulations against LLMs and agentic systems.
