💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents, serving as their day-to-day contact. You'll drive adoption of Compass technology and provide 1:1 support and group training sessions. This role is a key part of creating world-class agent experiences at a leading real estate tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates
• Serve as a mentor to Agent Experience Coordinators

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations
• Ability to work 100% in-office in Katy, Texas
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in real estate
• Experience with live or remote training
• Experience with enterprise technology like Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence
