💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the senior environmental, health, and safety leader for a manufacturing complex, shaping safety culture and process safety programs. This role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day leadership in a high-hazard environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic direction and oversight of EHS and process safety programs
• Lead process safety and high-hazard risk management for SIF potential
• Ensure environmental compliance with CAA, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA
• Drive training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of EHS experience in high-hazard industrial manufacturing
• Hands-on expertise in process safety and hazardous chemical management
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence without authority

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) strongly preferred
• OSHA PSM knowledge preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
