Description

You will shape how MasterControl’s entire R&D organization works together in an AI-augmented world, replacing sequential handoffs with collaborative flows. You'll architect the vision for AI-enabled workflows and build custom solutions like Claude Projects, prompt frameworks, and workflow automations to reduce rework and accelerate product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, product management, product design, or technical program management at a SaaS company
• Deep, hands-on experience with Claude Code and Claude Projects plus practical prompt engineering
• Capability to build and engineer AI solutions, not just design them
• Familiarity with product tooling including Jira, Figma, Pendo, Atlassian suite, Condens, Replit, and Lucid
• Change management expertise with understanding of adoption curves and stakeholder mapping

Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI-enabled workflows bridging product, engineering, and UX through hands-on context engineering
• Enable teams and drive adoption of AI best practices across discovery, research synthesis, and problem framing
• Strengthen product operations by improving prioritization, roadmapping, and strategy through AI
• Lead strategic change by building business cases, securing executive buy-in, and managing adoption
• Own ROI measurement by establishing metrics and tracking impact on rework reduction
