You'll join the Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) Technology Team at Vonage, building a global, multi-tenant real-time service. Your work will enable contact centre agents through a performant, scalable platform. This role offers direct impact on thousands of concurrent users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop front-end applications using TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks
• Build real-time applications with Web Sockets and REST APIs
• Contribute to product improvement beyond code implementation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building front-end applications
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React
• Knowledge of state management (e.g., Pinia)
• Ability to build real-time applications with Web Sockets and REST APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience
• Knowledge of distributed systems (Kafka, SNS)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic)
