Description

You will design, build, and maintain security solutions for SpaceX systems, networks, and data. You'll work with authentication services, identity management, network security, and application-level controls, partnering with various teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities. Your work will support the mission of enabling human life on Mars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or STEM, or 2+ years professional experience in security software development
• Experience with Python, Go, C#, or Rust
• Experience designing security solutions for operating systems, distributed systems, or enterprise infrastructure
• Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
• This role requires you to be onsite

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain security technology solutions for systems, networks, and data
• Develop authentication/identity services including multi-factor and network access control
• Build and maintain scripts and automation for information security
• Serve as SME for security solutions, maintaining documentation and advising others
• Identify threats and implement improvements to strengthen software and application deployments
