💼 About This Role

You'll join our Flight Test & Operations team as the primary pilot for eVTOL UAV platforms, executing live test events. Your core impact will be owning the operational and regulatory groundwork to safely advance aircraft from R&D through commercial certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary pilot at Ground Control Station during live experimental flight tests.
• Translate engineering objectives into safe, executable flight test plans.
• Lead development of Concept of Operations and operational risk assessments.
• Integrate, test, and troubleshoot Ground Control Stations for seamless command and telemetry.

📋 Requirements

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate with significant flight hours on complex UAS.
• Hands-on experience piloting multi-rotor or thrust-vectored vertical lift UAVs in R&D.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Professional experience in experimental flight test programs as UAV operator or engineer.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with FAA certification frameworks (Part 21, 23, 27).
• Experience with flight test data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
• Human Factors Evaluation Experience in flight test settings.
