You'll be the go-to contact for B2B customers, solving technical problems and guiding them through questions about solar and heat pump systems. You'll leverage customer feedback to enhance our SaaS software, collaborating closely with the development team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for B2B customers including solar installers and utilities.
• Resolve technical issues and guide customers on system and software use.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with development team on improvements.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and work with engineering to enhance solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success.
• Technical background e.g., industrial engineering.
• Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem.
• Fluency in Italian and English (C2 Italian required).
