You will own end-to-end hiring for specialized roles across engineering, defense operations, and corporate functions at a fast-growing deep-tech company building the first swarm-based counter-drone system. Act as a trusted hiring partner to founders, build talent pipelines in the German defense ecosystem, and refine interview processes based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally as an in-house recruiter or talent partner
  • Proven experience within the German defense sector (industry, government-adjacent, or defense contractors) is highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles in high-security, regulated environments
  • Demonstrated success hiring hard-to-find, senior, or security-sensitive profiles
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Passion for building teams that work on mission-critical technology with real-world impact

  • Continuously refine interview processes, assessments, and hiring decisions based on data and feedback
