You'll manage a team of Customer Success Managers and drive customer adoption and value realization across enterprise clients. You'll shape customer relationships and ensure success while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Oversee customer engagement across onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
- Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes.
- Act as escalation point for key and at-risk customers.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles.
- 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of customer adoption and lifecycle management.
- Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
