You'll manage a team of Customer Success Managers and drive customer adoption and value realization across enterprise clients. You'll shape customer relationships and ensure success while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Oversee customer engagement across onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
  • Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes.
  • Act as escalation point for key and at-risk customers.

  • 8+ years experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles.
  • 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of customer adoption and lifecycle management.
  • Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
