💼 About This Role

You'll join Zeta's Global SRE team to ensure reliability and performance of cloud-native banking platforms. You'll design monitoring solutions, automate tasks, and reduce incidents to maintain population-scale systems. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge banking tech at a $2 billion company backed by SoftBank and Mastercard.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement monitoring solutions to detect and resolve issues proactively.
• Automate routine tasks to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest system improvements.
• Maintain runbooks and update alerting procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years sysadmin experience with distributed systems in cloud/on-prem.
• Proficiency in Unix shells, Python, and Go.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization.

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS-CLI and cloud management experience.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, ArgoCD).
