You'll architect and build an AI-native creative production system that generates photoreal imagery, video, and copy at speed for a portfolio of retail brands. Your core impact will be making creative output faster and cheaper without looking cheap, and building repeatable testing systems that increase learning velocity. This role offers portfolio-scale ownership across 13 iconic brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-native creative workflows from brief to deployment.
• Produce high-fidelity photoreal AI-generated imagery and video.
• Build systems to generate creative variants for A/B testing across channels.
• Partner with growth teams to connect creative to test design and metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in creative production, performance creative, or AI-enabled content workflows.
• Hands-on experience with generative image, video, and copy tools (prompt design, iteration, QA).
• Proven ability to build end-to-end creative systems that improved output quality or throughput.
• Experience connecting creative workflows to paid media testing or experimentation systems.

• Experience with Meta creative testing or paid social experimentation.
• Experience building audience-specific creative workflows for advertising.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, or design-led consumer brands.
