You'll host live workshops and provide 1:1 coaching to help career changers break into architectural drafting. You'll share real-world insight into entry-level drafting roles and guide students through the job search. Commission-based upside from private coaching sessions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis
• Answer student questions about architectural drafting careers
• Share real-world insight into entry-level drafting roles
• Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional drafting experience
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit
• Understanding of entry-level roles like Architectural Drafter
• Availability at least three evenings per week, Tuesday–Thursday
