🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap
• Prioritize initiatives and make go/no-go decisions
• Translate institutional requirements into product specifications
• Act as liaison between product, engineering, and partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years in digital assets or financial infrastructure
• Proven experience delivering a tokenization or RWA product
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards

• Experience with institutional clients (banks, asset managers)
• Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA)
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills
