You'll provide first-level technical support across Mac and Windows environments for a global live entertainment company. Your work ensures employees stay productive by resolving hardware, software, and network issues. This role offers hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and JAMF in a fast-paced setting.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide first-level support for laptops, apps, and network issues.
- Track and resolve requests using ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Deploy and configure laptops and peripherals for new hires.
- Assist with user account management in Microsoft 365.
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of related work experience.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
- Experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows issues.
โจ Nice to Have
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Knowledge of servers and system troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of the music industry.
