You'll provide first-level technical support across Mac and Windows environments for a global live entertainment company. Your work ensures employees stay productive by resolving hardware, software, and network issues. This role offers hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and JAMF in a fast-paced setting.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide first-level support for laptops, apps, and network issues.
  • Track and resolve requests using ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Deploy and configure laptops and peripherals for new hires.
  • Assist with user account management in Microsoft 365.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of related work experience.
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows issues.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of servers and system troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of the music industry.
