Description

You will transform raw people data into strategic business intelligence, empowering leaders to make data-driven decisions. You will own the reporting ecosystem, drive self-service adoption, and partner with executives to surface insights that shape the organization's people strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Workday ecosystem experience
• Expert-level proficiency in complex Calculated Fields and advanced reporting
• Proven track record of building high-stakes reports (Board decks, ESG, Annual Reports)
• Experience working in agile/pod environments as product owner for People Data
• Deep understanding of HR lifecycles and metrics (Recruitment, Turnover, Compensation, Diversity)

Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives to increase adoption of People & Culture reporting tools and upskill staff
• Develop and maintain the Insights roadmap prioritizing automation and self-service
• Act as a consultant to business leaders, surfacing analytical trends at the executive level
• Implement an intake framework shifting from order-taking to problem-solving
• Provide technical mentorship to Analysts and ensure high-quality system standards
