You'll serve as the analytical and operational backbone of the Canadian go-to-market function, enabling the team to perform at their best by synthesizing data and insights. You will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, translating complex commercial questions into clear recommendations and owning data accuracy in Salesforce.

  • Build scalable SQL data models and Tableau dashboards for regional reporting
  • Drive adoption of GTM technology and AI tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Gong
  • Design territory models and quota deployments aligned with business objectives
  • Lead weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews

  • Extensive experience in sales operations within a SaaS environment
  • Strong SQL skills to build and maintain scalable data models
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce including data quality management
