Description

You will oversee activities for the Customer Trust function, including responding to security and compliance portions of customer RFPs, facilitating customer audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive security posture improvements. This role enables sales by sharing Rubrik's security posture with customers and maturing the customer trust process.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Customer Trust Security Assurance in tech industry, preferably cyber resilience
• Experience at Big 4 audit firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) highly preferred
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts for security and compliance obligations
• Knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST
• Bachelor's degree in Security, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to security and compliance portions of customer RFPs accurately and on time
• Lead and collaborate with Information Security, Product Security, and Engineering SMEs for customer responses
• Build narratives and perform security reviews of new products for RFP responses
• Support security and compliance related customer audits
• Drive maturity of customer-facing collateral for security and compliance announcements
