You'll join Datavant's Customer Support team processing medical record requests and handling release of information issues. You'll ensure accurate and timely responses to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys via phone and email. This remote role offers stable part-time hours in a supportive environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer and conduct business on the telephone providing excellent customer service.
  • Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Document all calls, inquiries, and resolution in software systems.
  • Meet department productivity and quality assurance expectations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute.
  • Experience with multi-line phone system is required.
  • Computer proficiency in MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level.
  • Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination required.

  • Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care, or Insurance Claims Processing.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to stay organized while working quickly.
