Description

You will manage internal supply chain functions, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a team of warehouse Supervisors and Associates. You will drive efficiency and positive workplace culture while maintaining excellent relationships with chef partners and other departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or warehousing (food industry preferred)
• 3+ years people management experience
• Strong understanding of HACCP and OSHA guidelines
• Experience with supply chain or inventory control software (ERP, MRP, WMS)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage accuracy and compliance of receiving practices
• Review site layouts for optimal storage and handling
• Develop and ensure compliance with incoming shipment checking process
• Train and develop team members for operational needs
• Continuously improve receiving, inventory, purchasing, and food safety functions
